Our leadership programs focus on two primary areas: Developing leaders and developing teams. Companies need high-performing teams in every function, and need these teams to collaborate effectively with other teams. To develop a high-performing team or departments capable of collaborating successfully with other functions and teams, you must begin by developing leaders.

Developing Leaders

It is difficult to be an outstanding leader. In our programs, we often joke that you can learn to be an almost perfect leader,but it will take you 30 years to do so!
Our approach to leadership development is to help leaders embrace their strengths and manage or eliminate their weaknesses.
We can only be successful by being our authentic selves, but we must learn to be the best versions of ourselves. Further, there are a number of well-researched and proven tools, models, and techniques to make leading a team or a department much easier and more effective, and these are what we base or leadership programs on.

Developing Teams

The Tuckman model of team development describes five stages of team development: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning.
Very often, teams get stuck in the storming stage, with attendant “silo mentality” problems or the norming stage, where the team is performing but not up to its potential. We offer a variety of team-building programs designed to help teams breakthrough the storming and norming stage to become high-performing teams.

Our Menu Leadership and Team Development Programs

All leadership and team development programs are customized to client needs. Most are two days in length, with a recommended maximum of 24 participants per program. Participants are team and departmental level leaders. For higher-level leaders, we recommend a coaching approach to development.
